At 8 boulevard Franklin Roosevelt, right in the heart of Les Sables-d’Olonne, just 50 meters from the Grande Plage, facing the Les Atlantes Convention Center and the Casino. The location is ideal for enjoying the seafront, shops, restaurants, and main attractions of the city on foot.

 

HOW TO GET HERE?

From the train station (1.3 km), you can come on foot, by taxi, or by bike. A public paid parking lot, located just nearby, is available upon reservation at the reception or directly on our website.

 

HOW MANY ROOMS DOES THE HOTEL HAVE?

The hotel features 42 bright and comfortable rooms, each with premium bedding, a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. Some rooms offer sea views.

 

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

24-hour reception, buffet breakfast with local products, bar open daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., panoramic terrace with 360° views over the city, in-room dining with Potes & Boc dishes, elevator, non-smoking hotel, baby equipment, and ironing service upon request. Wi-Fi is free and unlimited throughout the property.

Yes, Hotel Cœur Marin is perfectly suited for business stays and professional events. Located just across from the Les Atlantes Convention Center, it combines convenience, accessibility, and an inspiring setting.

Two meeting rooms are available on site:

  • Océan Room (20 m²): ideal for meetings of up to 10 people, with a central table, smart TV, Wi-Fi, flipchart, and supplies.
  • Les Gréements Room (40 m²): perfect for up to 16 participants, featuring a break area, cloakroom, private restrooms, and full audiovisual equipment.

For larger groups, the hotel offers an additional solution through its partnership with the Les Atlantes Convention Center, which can host up to 80 people.
Our team supports each project with tailor-made services: gourmet breaks, lunches, group activities, or logistics. The ideal setting to combine efficiency, comfort, and the seaside atmosphere.

 

WHAT ABOUT LEISURE STAYS?

The hotel feels like a seaside holiday home. You’re just one minute from the beach, the Remblai promenade, restaurants, and markets. You can rent a bike on site to explore the coastline or simply enjoy the bar and panoramic terrace.

 

WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?

Check-in from 3 p.m. and check-out before 11 a.m. The reception can adjust depending on availability.
